Job summary

The Archetype Strategy is seeking a motivated Bilingual Recruiter to identify, attract, interview, and hire qualified candidates across multiple roles. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication and relationship-building skills to connect with diverse candidates.

You will manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer discussions, and onboarding support, ensuring a positive candidate experience and efficient ATS records.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, written and verbal.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, or talent acquisition preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through multiple channels.
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews and evaluate candidates.
• Communicate with candidates in English and Spanish throughout the process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Coordinate interviews and communication between candidates and teams.
• Extend offers and assist with negotiations and onboarding.
