Qualifications

• 1+ years of health care related experience.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish; strong communication skills.
• Efficient proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Answers incoming telephone calls and assists with scheduling and other needs based on the call type.
• Communicates with clinic staff and external offices to clarify referrals and update records.
• Maintains accurate electronic patient records including demographics, insurance, and referrals.
