Blue Star Partners LLC seeks a highly organized Support Analyst to provide execution support for a two-site leadership optimization engagement in the data center manufacturing industry, supporting site leadership teams in Mexicali and Monterrey. The role involves scheduling, logistics, note capture, interview write-ups, theme coding, materials preparation, and onsite workshop support.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, coordination, and project support skills.
• Experience managing scheduling, logistics, trackers, and documentation.
• Strong written communication; ability to prepare clear notes and summaries.
• Attention to detail; manage multiple deadlines across parallel workstreams.
• Willingness to travel internationally to Mexico; bilingual materials support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for ~20 stakeholder interviews per site.
• Provide live note capture and interview write-ups.
• Support synthesis, themes, and materials for workshops.
• Assist with roadmap documentation and action tracking.
• Provide onsite workshop support and travel with Lead Facilitator.
