Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage in Miami is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead daily customer service and property maintenance. You will manage leasing, payments, and the store budget while ensuring a clean, secure facility.

The role emphasizes daytime hours with some weekend shifts and opportunities for advancement within a nationwide company. You will develop client relationships, supervise staff, and ensure a standout customer experience.

Qualifications

• A self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• You must have the ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance are required.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Bilingual speaking in English and Spanish.
• Some locations may require Sunday hours.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting self-storage spaces, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments with POS, deposits, and late-payment follow-ups.
• Managing invoice review and approval within the database.
• Processing invoices, managing reports and legal processes of auctions.
• Overseeing the store’s expense budget while maintaining store supplies and inventory.
