CubeSmart Self-Storage is hiring a Store Operations Associate to manage and maintain stores within your district. You will focus on delivering standout customer service, renting units, handling payments, and meeting monthly sales goals while working in a friendly, team-oriented environment.

Typical shifts are daytime with possible Sunday hours. You’ll perform property maintenance tasks, ensure clean facilities, and contribute to a safe, well-organized site.

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to diverse customers.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interact face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Rent units, manage the leasing process, accept payments using POS, complete daily bank deposits.
