Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage and maintain stores within your district. You will handle customer service, leasing units, processing payments, and daily tasks like lock checks while delivering a standout guest experience.

This role emphasizes a positive, bilingual (English/Spanish) approach, weekend availability, and reliable mobility. You’ll walk the property daily for maintenance, keep facilities clean, and contribute to achieving monthly sales goals

Qualifications

• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse customer base.
• Self-driven with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays (location dependent).
• Access to a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license with insurance.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interact face to face with customers, deliver excellent service, and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property for daily operations: lock checks and unit showings.
• Rent storage units, sell merchandise, manage leasing, process payments via POS, and handle daily deposits.
• Maintain the facility: clean restrooms, landscaping, parking areas, and decluttered office space.
