Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage customer relationships and maintain store and property needs across the district. You will interact with customers, demonstrate solutions, and help drive unit rentals and merchandise sales.

Role emphasizes daily property walks, maintenance tasks, and strong teamwork with independent work capability. Saturday availability is required, with a focus on service excellence and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• A self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• You must have the ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance are required.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Bilingual speaking in English and Spanish.
• Some locations may require Sunday hours.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting self-storage units, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments utilizing our POS, completing daily bank deposits, and making courtesy calls regarding late payments.
• Physical duties include daily property walks, cleaning units and grounds, opening/closing storage doors up to 50 lbs., and general maintenance of the facility.
