Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage customer relationships and daily store duties. You will be the face of the site, guiding customers, showing units, handling leasing, and processing payments. A positive, service-minded attitude and reliability are essential.

You will operate mainly during daytime hours with some locations requiring Sunday hours, and you’ll contribute to a team that values growth, safety, and strong store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying storage needs and offering solutions.
• Interact face to face with customers and deliver excellent service.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily tasks: lock checks, show units.
• Rent units, manage store merchandise, assist with leasing, accept payments via POS, and handle deposits.
