Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Manager in Florida. You will balance customer service excellence with daily property maintenance and efficient store operations to drive sales and provide a standout experience.

Role includes leasing, payment processing, invoicing, and maintaining budgets while ensuring a clean, safe facility. Weekend availability may be required; great growth opportunities across the U.S.

Qualifications

• A positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and up-to-date insurance.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb or balance on a ladder.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks and show units to customers.
• Rent self-storage spaces, manage leasing, and process payments via POS system.
• Process invoices, manage reports and legal process of auctions.
• Oversee the store's expense budget and manage inventory and supplies.
