Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to join our team. You will develop customer relationships by identifying storage needs, delivering an outstanding experience, and meeting monthly sales goals while handling leasing, payments, and daily tasks.

This role blends customer service with hands-on property maintenance across the district. You will work primarily daytime hours with weekend availability, enjoy PTO, and benefit from a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• Ability to work Saturdays and weekends as required.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions.
• Interact face to face with customers, deliver excellent service, and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks like lock checks and showing units.
• Rent self-storage units, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, accept payments via POS, and handle daily deposits.
