Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.

• Assist the store manager in staffing the sales counter during peak hours and in achieving goals.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure timely processing of transfers and orders and prompt shipment notifications to customers.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, security procedures, and store appearance.
