Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training required.
• Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure program execution.
• Assist store manager in staffing, goal setting, coaching, and interview participation.
• Ensure all transactions, returns, and exchanges are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, security procedures, and store maintenance tasks.
