Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels at the retail showroom and drive store initiatives.
• Assist in staffing the sales counter during peak hours and weekends.
• Coach and mentor team members and assist in hiring and interviews.
• Ensure operations, inventory and daily procedures are executed per policy.
