O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving sales, service excellence, and store operations. This role will lead the team during the manager's absence and on opposing shifts to ensure peak performance and customer satisfaction.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; Spanish is highly desired. The position involves coaching staff, managing staffing levels, and ensuring policy compliance across front-line operations.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.
• Fluency in multiple languages, with Spanish highly desired.
• Desirable: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels across the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Assist the store manager with staffing, hiring, and interviewing to secure qualified team members.
• Coach and mentor team members, track goal achievement, and ensure training is up to date.
• Manage open/close duties, cash handling, and security procedures.
