Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring processes and interviews with management for qualified hires.
• Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store and other orders.
• Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds with correct payment methods.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure compliance with schedules, clock-ins, and safety procedures.
• Perform opening/closing duties, banking, and security checks.
• Maintain store appearance and delivery vehicles; support store operations.
