Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training and RSS Certification are required.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service and programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, etc.).
• Ensure the retail sales counter is adequately staffed during peak hours.
• Assist store manager in coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Participate in hiring: recruiting tasks, interviews, and selecting qualified team members.
• Manage store opening/closing duties and compliance with policy and schedules.
