Responsibilities

• Facilitate client-specific onboarding processes (e.g., orientations).
• Understand client needs to ensure a prepared candidate pool.
• Cultivate a positive working environment.
• Coordinate with payroll and management for reporting and submittals.
• Communicate staffing needs and issues between on-sites and branch offices.
• Serve as first level of conflict resolution for walk-ins.
• Ensure client and Accurate Personnel compliance with employment and safety regulations.
