Full Steam Staffing's Fresno office is seeking a Bilingual Staffing Coordinator for a Seasonal role in Fresno, CA. The position pays $19.00 per hour and schedules are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime and weekends.

The role emphasizes recruiting, screening, onboarding, and coordinating staff to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish) with a valid driver’s license and a strong customer service/clerical background.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required with ability to read, write and speak both languages.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with client hiring managers to understand clients' needs.
• Developing sourcing strategies and leveraging resources to recruit candidates through job boards and local media.
• Recruiting, onboarding, training, and retaining talent.
• Interviewing and assessing candidate qualifications through behavioral and competency-based evaluations.
• Developing a network of ready-to-work candidates to meet client needs.
• Facilitating interviews between candidates and clients and conducting post-interview debriefs.
