Job summary

FasTemps Employment in California seeks a bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to source, interview, onboard, and place candidates for client assignments in a fast-paced staffing environment.

The role requires 1–3 years in recruiting or HR, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with ATS and MS Office. Compensation is $22–$24 per hour, DOE, with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and recruiting events.
• Review resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Maintain consistent communication with applicants throughout the hiring process.
• Fill client job orders quickly while maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Obtain client feedback and communicate hiring decisions.
• Conduct reference checks, background screenings, and drug testing when required.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee files and applicant records.
