Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking a Staffing Specialist to support our client's temporary staffing needs at a California warehouse. The role requires in-person work, bilingual Spanish/English, and a proactive approach to recruiting and onboarding.

You will review resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate between candidates and hiring managers, manage Bullhorn ATS, and assist with payroll coordination and onboarding for new hires. Some travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English required (reading/writing/speaking).
• HS Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years customer service experience.
• 2+ years HR administration or Recruiting experience.
• Proficiency in social media recruitment for recruitment purposes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices.
• Ability to work outside standard hours and travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Review resumes and schedule interviews for entry-level positions for a variety of roles and clients.
• Ensure candidates understand job requirements, pay rate, schedule, and are correctly assigned in all systems.
• Coordinate between candidates and hiring managers or clients and manage Bullhorn/ATS.
• Coordinate payroll from client to central team and handle background checks and drug testing.
• Be a point of contact for candidates during the early recruitment stages, answering questions from clients and candidates.
• Maintain Bullhorn ATS and ensure candidate data is up to date and metrics are tracked.
• Work with clients and internal HR to progress candidates to client assignments.
• Screen resumes to identify basic qualifications and create client-specific templates.
• Make contingent job offers for specific clients as needed and oversee onboarding Day 1 orientation.
• Liaise with clients to understand open roles and ensure proper candidate fit.
• Conduct regular in-person, video, or phone check-ins with candidates on assignment.
• Problem-solve and communicate internally regarding solutions.
• Send client reporting packages and lead regular meetings to maintain client relations.
