Qualifications

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and identify qualified candidates for temporary and direct-hire positions.
• Conduct candidate interviews and pre-screenings.
• Communicate with candidates by phone, email, text, and in person.
• Explain job opportunities, pay rates, schedules, and position requirements.
• Assist candidates with applications, onboarding paperwork, and employment requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records.
