Certified Employment Group is seeking a motivated Bilingual Staffing Associate (English/Spanish) for a temporary, full-time position in Sonoma County, CA. The role focuses on recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and supporting candidates and clients in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Ideal candidates communicate effectively, manage time well, and handle confidential information professionally. Prior recruiting, HR, or customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new computer systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsabilités

• Recruit and identify qualified candidates for temporary and direct-hire positions.
• Conduct candidate interviews and pre-screenings.
• Communicate with candidates by phone, email, text, and in person.
• Explain job opportunities, pay rates, schedules, and position requirements.
• Assist candidates with applications, onboarding paperwork, and employment requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records.
