Accurate Personnel in Buffalo Grove, IL is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to be the main point of contact for applicants and to ensure recruitment and placement align with client needs. The ideal candidate has at least one year of high-volume recruiting experience in staffing, is bilingual (English and Spanish), and can stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves after-hours availability based on client needs and offers an excellent benefits package while located in Buffalo

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish.
At least 1 year of high-volume recruiting in staffing environment.
Knowledge of EEO policy.
Highly organized multitasker in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management.
Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsabilités

Understand client staffing needs and recruit a pipeline to fill those needs.
Educate and sell candidates on open positions.
Persuade clients of candidates' qualifications verbally and in writing.
Screen applicants to fill positions with specific requirements.
Document interactions with clients and employees.
Solve problems and resolve conflicts.
Visit client sites and attend job fairs as needed.
Interview, hire, and manage a candidate pool according to Accurate Personnel policy.
