Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Bilingual Industrial Client Development Manager to grow the St. Petersburg/Clearwater territory. You will connect with businesses, showcase staffing solutions, and close deals that drive growth.

You will partner with recruiting to ensure top talent aligns with client needs and maintain strong client relationships. The role emphasizes sales targets, market expansion, and delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of proven sales acumen.
• A recent Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred, but all majors are welcome!).
• Experience in campus leadership, student organizations, athletics, and retail, hospitality, or customer service/sales internships.
• A strong desire to learn, accept coaching, and hit performance goals.
• Natural confidence in client-facing interactions with great written and verbal communication.
• Comfort using technology, managing details, and keeping yourself organized in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
