The position offers a hybrid schedule with two days in the El Segundo office and three days remote, standard 8-hour shift 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM PT.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or 3 years of equivalent experience.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• 0-2+ years in healthcare, insurance, business, finance, call center or customer service.
• Experience with insurance claims, billing, coding, follow-up, finance, accounting or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming and make outbound calls to resolve account balances.
• Update patient demographic information and initiate account adjustments.
• Research patient inquiries and respond via phone and mail.
• Try to resolve balances to zero before forwarding to outside agencies.
• Complete assigned projects in a timely manner.
