Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a bilingual Patient Account Representative - Collections to support our billing operations in a remote/onsite setting. The role emphasizes Spanish-speaking communication with patients and vendors to secure timely claim payments and reduce bad debt.

You will generate and analyze reports, resolve routine past-due items, and collaborate with teammates to improve collection processes while documenting activities in accordance with policy.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related experience and good computer skills.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication with customers and teams.

Responsabilités

• Identify and resolve routine outstanding claims.
• Generate and analyze reports to identify patient account issues.
• Assist in resolving past-due payments and ensure timely payments.
• Document activities per company policies and procedures.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers/vendors and mentor staff as needed.
• Assist with various projects as assigned.
