CORA Physical Therapy in Miami, FL is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to support front desk operations and enhance patient experience. You’ll deliver warm, efficient service and ensure a smooth patient flow in a busy outpatient clinic.

You will greet patients, screen calls, verify insurance, manage referrals, collect payments, and maintain accurate patient records. Fluency in English and Spanish is required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Recent customer service experience is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and build rapport in person and on the phone.
• Screen calls, take messages, and relay information as needed.
• Verify insurance benefits and explain financial responsibilities.
• Manage referrals and communicate visit expectations to patients.
• Scan documents into patient files and balance daily collections.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming clinic environment per CDC guidelines.
