Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, in-home experiences and close deals through hands-on demos and technology assessments. You’ll engage customers with scheduled appointments and leverage uncapped commission potential to reach top earnings while representing AT&T’s latest services.

You’ll need 1+ years in commission/outside sales, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—company vehicle provided for official business use only.

Responsibilities

• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• Engage with warm prospects through scheduled appointments provided by AT&T.
• Use negotiation and communication skills to pivot and secure sales.
