AT&T is looking for Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, in-home sales experiences. You will drive customer engagement through scheduled appointments, provide hands-on demos, and guide customers to the right technology and services. Earn uncapped commissions with top earners reaching six figures in total compensation.

You’ll receive paid training, work with warm leads, and use strong negotiation and communication skills to close sales while meeting flexible scheduling needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—be ready to drive; company vehicle provided for official use.
• Flexible schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
