Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove in-home experiences. Earn between $61,000 and $100,000 with uncapped commissions. You’ll visit scheduled appointments, close deals with hands-on demos, and help customers select the latest technology and services.

You’ll start with paid training and ongoing coaching, engaging with warm prospects daily. A company vehicle is provided and schedules span evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized in-home sales interactions and product demos.
• Close deals through hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and tech delivery.
• Maintain customer relationships and drive upsell opportunities with strong negotiations.
