Ideal candidates are bilingual in Spanish and English, with basic computer/networking knowledge, 30 WPM typing, and experience with streaming platforms.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English with testing verification.
• Basic computer and home networking terminology.
• Typing at least 30 words per minute.
• Experience using a streaming player or gaming system.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong multitasking.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience in customer service and sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer care via phone and email, resolving billing issues and troubleshooting.
• Guide customers to products and services that meet their entertainment needs.
• Troubleshoot tech problems and escalate when needed.
