Teleperformance USA is seeking a Customer Support Specialist in a remote US role based in Missouri. You will act as a primary contact for clients, resolving inquiries with professionalism using web-based tools to ensure a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of customer service experience, can type 25+ WPM, and is comfortable with Windows-based systems. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and Windows-based systems.
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from customers.
• Provide excellent customer service through active listening.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Aim to resolve issues on the first call.
• Escalate interactions when necessary.
• Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
