• Bachelor's degree required and 2+ years of business development experience.
• Strong consultative sales experience over the phone.
• Bilingual Spanish and English required; excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leverage consultative sales strategies to present and deliver tailored financial solutions.
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach and strategic prospecting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding and service experience.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, fostering trust and delivering exceptional service.
• Conduct consultative discussions to assess client needs and explain customized financial solutions to prospective clients.
• Assist with high‑severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Manage and advance a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed monthly performance targets.
• Negotiate terms and pricing to maximize profitability on all new business.
• Cross‑sell complementary RTS and Shamrock services to deepen client partnerships and increase account value.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.
