Job summary

Shamrock Trading Corporation's RTS division in Dallas is seeking a motivated Business Development salesperson to prospect, qualify and secure new opportunities while expanding relationships with existing accounts. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and 2+ years of business development, with a proven track record in solutions-based sales over the phone.

You will build long-term client partnerships and cross-sell our RTS and Shamrock services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of business development experience.
• Proven success providing professional, solutions-based sales over the phone.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment with a multi-product line.
• Bilingual in Spanish, Arabic, Punjabi, or Serbian/Bosnian and English (speaking, reading and writing).

Responsibilities

• Leverage consultative sales strategies to present and deliver tailored financial solutions.
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach and strategic prospecting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding and service experience.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering trust and delivering exceptional service.
• Conduct consultative discussions to assess client needs and explain customized financial solutions to prospective clients.
• Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Manage and advance a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed monthly performance targets.
• Negotiate terms and pricing to maximize profitability on all new business.
• Cross-sell complementary RTS and Shamrock services to deepen client partnerships and increase account value.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.
