Qualifications

• Onboarding and supporting new and existing RTS Carrier Services accounts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication.
• Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate with sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Set up new business with sales teams and ensure onboarding.
• Maintain long-lasting client relationships through clear communication.
• Analyze existing client accounts to identify growth opportunities (upsell/cross-sell).
• Ensure timely delivery of requests and solutions according to client objectives.
• Communicate status of client relationships clearly and promptly.
• Assist in product marketing, including launches and sales tools.
• Refine processes to stay ahead of customers in relevant industries.
• Track metrics for programs and activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
