RTS, part of Shamrock Trading Corporation, seeks a motivated business development professional to join our Atlanta-based team. You’ll prospect, qualify, and secure new business while expanding relationships with existing accounts, leveraging consultative sales to tailor financial solutions.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of BD experience, excel in fast-paced environments, and communicate effectively in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of business development experience required.
• Proven success delivering professional, solutions-based sales over the phone.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Leverage consultative sales strategies to present tailored financial solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted outreach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver exceptional client service.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve monthly targets.
• Negotiate terms to maximize profitability on new business.
• Cross-sell RTS and Shamrock services to deepen partnerships.
• Monitor market trends to refine sales strategies.
• Handle high-severity requests or escalations as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
