Job summary

Shamrock Trading Corporation, via RTS, seeks a Business Development Manager to drive lead generation and outbound prospecting for tailored fuel card solutions and related offerings.

You’ll build long-term relationships with new and existing customers, identify cross-sell opportunities across Shamrock divisions, and collaborate with product marketing to support launches and sales tools. A bachelor's degree and 2+ years in business development are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of business development experience required.
• Experience with high-volume cold calling and face-to-face sales.
• Bilingual Spanish and English fluency required (read, write, speak).

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform end-to-end lead generation and prospecting to qualify and close new accounts.
• Conduct consultative sales discussions to present RTS fuel card solutions.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across RTS and Shamrock divisions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Collaborate with product marketing to support launches and create sales tools.
• Track and analyze key metrics to refine sales approaches.
