Job summary

Shamrock Trading Corporation, through RTS, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our sales team in Fort Lauderdale. You will drive lead generation, prospecting and qualification, presenting tailored fuel card solutions and building long‑term client relationships in a fast‑paced multi‑product environment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in business development (5+ years a plus), strong phone and in‑person selling skills, and the ability to speak English plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of business development experience.
• Experience with high volume cold calling and face-to-face sales.
• Excellent customer service and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand and perform all processes from lead generation and prospecting to qualifying and closing new accounts
• Conduct consultative sales discussions to assess client needs and present tailored RTS fuel card solutions
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers
• Track and analyze key metrics to measure performance and refine sales approaches
• Other duties as assigned
