Responsibilities

• Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving financial wellbeing and loyalty.
• Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers on available options.
• Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and refer to branch staff as appropriate.
• Supports proactive sales conversations through a defined sales process including service-to-sales and effective lobby engagement.
• Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
