Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is hiring a full-time Customer Service Specialist to assist customers, drive sales, and maintain store standards at Store #3046 in Carol Stream, IL, with 20% time at Naperville North Store 3435. Pay starts at $19.75 per hour.

You will handle in-store and phone inquiries, recommend products, and ensure accurate transactions while coordinating with wholesale and retail customers. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
