MCI in Dallas, TX is hiring a Bilingual Spanish Call Center Representative to serve as the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer experience in English and Spanish.

This full-time, on-site role involves handling inquiries across product, billing, and accounts; troubleshooting basic issues; documenting interactions; and contributing to a collaborative team through training and coaching.

Formación

• Minimum age 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Spanish both spoken and written.
• Experience with computer-based data entry and customer support.
• Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute with high accuracy.
• Reliable wired high-speed internet for work-from-home programs.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Willingness to learn new software systems.
• Excellent conflict-resolution and interpersonal abilities.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions with courtesy.
• Provide product, service, billing, and account support in both languages.
