• Educate customers and explain Consumer and Business Banking solutions; make recommendations based on needs.
• Engage customers to use digital capabilities and provide solutions to meet their needs.
• Explain high-level criteria used to decision loan applications.
• Complete servicing-related tasks for customer relationships and identify opportunities to solve banking needs.
• Follow the bank’s sales process and provide clear, customer-focused guidance.
• Proactively reach out to retain and expand Consumer and Business Banking relationships.
