Educate customers on Consumer and Business Banking solutions and explain features.
Meet customer needs with personalized banking recommendations and promote digital tools.
Assist with transactions, approvals, and servicing activities in the branch.
Engage customers in-person and via phone to support retention and cross-sell.
Follow risk controls, AML/KYC processes and escalate suspected issues.
