Job summary

Toast is seeking a Strategic Cuisines Account Executive to grow Toast’s presence in Spanish Cuisine restaurants in the North Bay region. You will use a consultative sales approach, convert inbound demand, generate referrals, and build trusted relationships with restaurateurs, delivering a language-inclusive experience.

Your day includes calls, demos, and closing contracts, with emphasis on Spanish-speaking customers and collaboration with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both oral and written English and Spanish is required.
• Prior Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial and feedback-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on marketing leads in your market.
• Conduct discovery calls & product demonstrations in the customer’s preferred language.
• Create and review quotes and contracts in the customer’s preferred language.
• Coordinate with onboarding to set up customers for success post-sale.
• Understand competitive landscape to position Toast effectively.
• Communicate with Spanish-speaking customers and team; English for internal communication.
