The role requires bilingual Spanish/English communication, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset to ensure timely service. This position emphasizes data integrity, cross-department coordination, and potential peer training.

Qualificações

• College degree or 3 years experience in a customer service, administrative, or support role.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, attention-to-detail, and accuracy skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience processing applications, forms, or customer documentation.
• Experience working with online platforms, databases, or customer management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to LUMA customers who are applying for a rebate or seeking information or assistance, via email and phone as needed.
• Process submitted program applications accurately and efficiently, including reviewing documents and entering data into the tracking system.
• Maintain data accuracy and follow established procedures to support timely processing.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet customer needs and ensure accurate processing.
• Maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems and protect confidential information.
• Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement.
• May provide peer training and job-shadowing support as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
