CLEAResult is seeking a Program Coordinator to connect energy advisors, contractors, and customers across Oregon, handling projects from assessment through scheduling. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish and involves regular multi-language communication by email and phone.

Remote position with quarterly Portland-area gatherings and up to 10% travel. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of project coordination and strong Excel data skills, contributing to process improvements and

• Fluency in English and Spanish, spoken and written.
• 2+ years coordinating projects, cases, or customer-facing services.
• Comfortable managing a high volume of detail across spreadsheets and email.
• Strong written communication to explain decisions to non-experts.
• Able to work independently once trained and manage competing deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Move projects from assessment to approval and review bids from trade allies.
• Manage a pipeline of projects at different stages with timely bid responses.
• Be the point of contact with customers and contractors in English and Spanish.
• Keep data in Excel and program trackers accurate and up to date.
• Identify roadblocks and work with the team to resolve them.
• Support program improvements and participate in community events when needed.
