CLEAResult is hiring for a Program Coordinator to support energy-efficiency upgrades for income-qualified households. This remote role serves Oregon/Southwest Washington with bilingual communication in English and Spanish, handling assessments, bids, and scheduling.

You will manage multiple projects, document decisions, and coordinate with home energy advisors, contractors, and customers. The role requires strong attention to detail and independent work ability.

Competenze

• Fluency in English and Spanish, spoken and written.
• 2+ years coordinating projects, cases, or customer-facing services.
• Strong written communication — documenting decisions and next steps clearly.
• Able to work independently once trained, and manage competing deadlines without errors.
• Background in energy efficiency, weatherization, or construction project management.
• Familiarity with CRM or project-tracking systems beyond Excel.

Mansioni

• Move projects from assessment to approval.
• Manage the pipeline with multiple projects at different stages.
• Be the point of contact for customers and contractors, handling signatures and scheduling.
• Keep data accurate by maintaining trackers and reports.
• Identify roadblocks and work with the team to clear them.
• Suggest process improvements based on conversations and feedback.
