O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to assist the Store Manager and shifts in the absence of management. Position emphasizes customer service, store appearance, and operations support in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently using the electronic ledger.
• Process returns and exchanges, issue refunds correctly, and stage returns as required.
• Invoice merchandise before it leaves the store (including core charges and warranties).
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker/merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to work schedules, clock-in/out, and perform opening/closing duties including deposits and security.
