Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Management in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of the Store Manager.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include leading store team members, supervising customer service levels, handling calls, and processing online orders and transfers. ASE/RSS certifications are valued.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Must obtain RSS Certification.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the showroom and ensure program execution.
• Ensure telephone handling follows company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store and transfers promptly and contact customers on shipment arrivals.
