Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluent in Spanish considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Supervise showroom customer service and adherence to service programs.
• Ensure calls and orders are processed promptly and accurately.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure deposits as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
