Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. The role includes shift management in the absence of leadership and encourages bilingual applicants to apply.

The position emphasizes leading a team to deliver excellent service to retail and professional customers, managing phone inquiries, and ensuring accurate processing of transfers, orders, returns, and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience is desirable, preferably in auto parts.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair is advantageous.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure program execution.
• Ensure telephone is answered per policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store transfers, and notify customers on arrivals.
